Cancellation Policy

Please submit booking requests at least 24 hours in advance when possible. All bookings are personally reviewed and confirmed based on availability and pet compatibility. Meet & greets may be required for new clients. Holiday availability is limited. Cancellations or schedule changes are appreciated as early as possible.
